What’s the minimum order for delivery?
$250 for free delivery in Metro Vancouver. Smaller orders are still welcome β we add a $25 small-order fee, or pick up for free at the Fraser St warehouse.
How fast is the approval process?
Most applications are approved within 24β48 hours during business days. Cash-on-delivery accounts are activated same-day.
Can you handle a specific brand or SKU I need?
Yes β we already stock 1,200+ SKUs and add new lines weekly. If you have a specific brand request, your account manager will source it within 1β2 weeks and add it to your custom price list.
What happens if you’re out of stock on something I need?
We notify you the morning of delivery via text β you choose: substitute, skip, or hold until next delivery. Never a surprise on the invoice.
